The Ear Falls Labour Adjustment Centre provides advisory assistance and financial support to affected workers to develop knowledge and skills necessary to cope with labour market change.

Peer Helpers

Peer Helpers have been trained to provide support to their coworkers and are available to assist you in reaching your goals. They are available at the Labour Adjustment Centre during regular office hours
