The Ear Falls Community Health Centre / Ear Falls Family Health Team is located in a brand new Clinic facility in the center of town. With a full time Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, and two Nurses on staff, the Clinic offers scheduled appointments during the week, and walk-in Clinic sessions on Fridays.
Clinic Services include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduled appointments
- Walk-in Clinic services
- Prescriptions
- On-site prescription service centre
- Blood and lab work
- Ministry of Transportation medical reviews
- Northern Ontario Travel Grant Application for medical related travel to Dryden, Kenora, Thunder Bay and Winnipeg

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
